Hdfc Bank - Refund not credited

I have a query regarding a refund from Myntra. Under the bank reference number ************. I was supposed to receive **** INR (* payments of *** ) but I received only *** INR on ** July ****.
I have enquired to Hdfc bank (source) and they have clearly denied any such transaction from Myntra in their gateway. So I yet need to receive * refunds of *** i.e ****. Please find attached my Hdfc bank statement screenshots (showing only one refund of *** INR).
I would like to complain against Hdfc bank for denying the reference number with which less amount was credited.
