It's been ** days of continuous follow-up and repeated calls to Pepperfry.com to get my own money. Pepperfry has eaten my money.
I have not been refunded my money so far for cancellation of order (duplicate order), which was cancelled immediately as duplicate (two) orders got placed. Even after the refund was initiated on *th-May-**** itself (as claimed by Pepperfry.com ) and the same has been updated on Pepperfry.com website, I still haven't received the money till date in my original source of payment (which is PayPal account), even after ** days of cancellation.
I'm fed-up of calling Pepperfry.com and PayPal every-now and then. I request you to please help & intervene in this case.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
