Flipkart - Refund not credited

I had placed an order for ** children's clothing items through Flipkart on **.**.****. Out of these, ** items were clubbed under a single order, while the remaining three items were processed as separate orders.

On **.**.****, I intended to cancel only one item from the order containing ** items in order to replace it with a different size/design. However, due to what appears to be a technical issue in the Flipkart application, the cancellation request resulted in the cancellation of the entire order containing all ** items instead of only the selected item.

As the dresses were urgently required following the implementation of the colour dress system in my child's school, I had to arrange money from a friend and place a fresh order, expecting that the refund for the cancelled order would be credited without delay.

Your customer support has repeatedly informed me that the refunds have been successfully processed through UPI. However, despite verifying with my bank, the refund amount has still not been credited to my account.
