Rare Rabbit - Refund not credited

I have return two products due to size issue, it got picked up from my door and items got approved for refund and process got initiated on oct *nd.
More then ** days have passed by refund is not yet credited but when I call executive they claim they have sent back to source account.
I have checked my bank statements no amount is credited from Rare Rabbit end.
Please expedite the refund process because it is not yet refunded they are lying.
