I booked a food coupon in the little app. The amount debited in the account but the coupon was not generated. Further little app cancels the order and sends a message the amount has been credited to your account. But till date the amount not credited.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
