Little app, I have been using from past * years. Not very often, but so far i have bought * deals from them and had no issues. Recently i wanted to visit fun world & water world Bangalore along with my family on **.**.****. I saw a deal in little & initiated payment. Payment was made through paytm & even after amount deducted no deal was updated in app. This happened on **.**.****. I tried reaching through customer care number, but no phone numbers are working. I could only found is an email id & to that also i have written multiple times but no response so far.
When i went to Little app in play store, there i read various such cases are happening everyday and they are not refunding money at all, this motivated me to take it up with consumer forum. It is hard earned money & no one can do such frauds.
I want my amount refunded along with all others who are facing similar issues.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
