Indian Oil Corporation Limited - refund not credited

I booked a gas cylinder on ** November in the 'Indian Oil One' mobile app. After that I had to cancel it because there was a issue while I was paying through the app. after some time I booked a cylinder through the 'CRED' app. I paid Rs. ***.** through HDFC credit card. I recieved a confirmation SMS from INDANE that the payment successfully received against the order *-************ (which was showing Cancelled in the booking history section of the said app. In the payment history section of the orde in the app, refund is showing but with same transaction Id of the payment (transaction I'd is PU*******IASMHCY**** for payment and also for refund). I have not received the refund yet. I have talked with their customer care agents several times but no results. at the last as a reply to my complaint raised in their app they mailed me a mobile number of some customer feedback officer to talk with but mobile number is ringing and no one is picking the call. please look into this matter.
