Indian Oil Corporation Limited - Compensation not received

I want to inform you that I booked a prepaid refill Indane domestic gas cylinder (Booking Reference Number: *-************) on **th August **** at **:**:** am under the Preferred Time LPG Delivery Scheme. I paid additional Rs. ** for delivery before *:** am (Anyday) but it has not been delivered the selected time slot (Delivered on **st August **** at **:** pm). After raised a complaint they refunded only PTD charge as they failed to deliver the LPG gas refill at the designated time or day (Before *:** am, Anyday) under the PTD Scheme but they did not give any compensation as they failed to deliver the LPG gas refill at a designated time or day (Before *:** am, Anyday) under the PTD Scheme.

Other reasons:

*. The Delivery boy demanded extra rupees when he delivered prepaid booked refill Indane domestic gas cylinder & the distributor also told to give it.

*. He does not carries digital weight machine, valve leak tester (detector) and o-ring leak tester (detector) while deliver the gas cylinder. LPG leakage issue was faced on **st February ****.

*. He has not advise about safety tips.

*. He has not maintained the covid-** guidelines.

*. He has not wear uniform and identity card of indane gas delivery boy.

*. Delay in delivery

*. Non receipt of subsidy.

So kindly look into these matters.
