Spicejet - refund not credited

I tried to book a flight ticket from Chennai to Delhi for June **th and the transaction got failed two times and a total amount of around *****rs was deducted from my account. I have sent lots of emails and calls to customer care for a refund. they asked me to fill in the details in one link and that is also I have done. but as of now (today is *rd Oct) it is almost * months and still, I didn't get the refund. My ticket number is ********. So kindly don't book the flight or don't take any service from spice jet.
