I left colive in month of July, for which I raised a ticket on *st of July as per Company's rule. Do my refund amount was supposed yo be credited in my account by **th August which didn't come. I raised a ticket for this, in which they said that I'll get the refund in next ** days. Now it's ** September, more tham ** days and still I didn't get my money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
