Rajwinder singh filed complaint against Flipkart on May 19, 2022
I ordered iPad *th generation from Flipkart on **th Apr **** and paid Rs.***** for it. When I received the order on *rd May and opened the box, there was no iPad inside the box and it had only manual, cords and charger etc. I took the un-boxing video luckily.
I immediately contacted Flipkart and they asked me to wait for their investigation to finish. After waiting for many days, they finally refused any help saying that seller had actually fulfilled the item and so no refund/return is possible.
Since then I have requested investigation for four times and every time they send SM for scheduled pickup but then reject it. They also asked for my consent for FIR and I gave it but still nothing happened.
Finally they are rejecting my claim saying that after investigation they found the item was delivered to me.
Its fraud and scam.
