Indiabulls Dhani Loan - refund not credited

Hi this is Ashok Lanke and my registered dhani mobile number is: **********.
my registered dhani mail id is: lankeashok****@gmail.com

Registered name in dhani is:. Ashok Lanke

on **-**-**** i am trying to pay emi of ****/- from phonepay .i entered dhani loan number in phonepay i entered an amount of Rs.****/-. but the amount is deducted from my bank account is :*****/- and credited to Dhani personal loan.
Then Immediately I contacted the customer care of phone pay. they told me please ask company of which u made transaction to them. They will refund your amount.

Then i called the customer care of Dhani (****-*******) via phone and told the situation to the customer care employee said "please sent a mail regarding this issue to support@dhani.com so that we will verify and refund ur amount to ur bank account of which u made a transaction".
i sent a details to the customer care email id i.e. suppor@dhani.com. then i received a email which says "Congratulations u will get ur refund to ur bank account".
after * working days i called a customer care of dhani they told me "u will get refund into ur bank account within * working days". everyday i sent so many mails to dhani customer care for the refund of my amount.
Every time I called a customer care number of indiabulls dhani they told me "u will get refund within * working days. And the amount will be credited to your bank account of which u made transaction".
It's been * weeks.
Till now i didn't get any amount refund into my bank account.
after ** days completed i called the customer care of dhani they told me please sent me a email of ur bank statement of February to support@dhani.com. so we will verify and immediately refund your amount into ur bank account. i sent my bank details statement to the customer care of dhani(support@dhani.com).
on sunday (**-**-****)the customer care sent a email says "u will not get refundable amount we charge this amount for EMI's,late payment,check bounce" so it is not possible to refund the amount.
i immediately calls the customer care of dhani i.e.(****-*******) they also told -" your amount will not refund we charge this amount for EMI's,late payment,check bounce.etc".
but Each and everymonth i paid the EMI on time. u can check the record as well. i have taken a loan amount of *****/- on **-**-**** but i totally repaid the loan is nearly **k. during the morotorium also i paid EMI. in this situation also they imposed fine against me but for this also i am paying the amount.

for few months i paid Rs.****/- as an EMI instead of Rs.****/-.
what is happening is there is only * EMI's left for my account.
on january the personal loan recovery agent from home told me we can have deal. he says you have totally *EMI's left i.e. only ****/- and the remaining are the check bounce charges,late payment,etc.
so the agent says we had a offer for you please pay only Rs.*****/- then we close this account and will send clearence form to ur account.

i didn't pay this because of low amount in my hand at the time of customer says.

but in the february the dhani customer care deduct the whole amount in my account.
please help me refund the money immediately i.e *****/- instead of Rs.*****/-. they can take Rs.****/- for their EMI. and send me the remaining money to my bank account.
