I booked a ticket through Goibibo via Booking ID GOFLDAND*CA************ on ** Mar **** for **/**/****, which was cancelled due to emergence of pandemic in the country. On my request the airlines (GOAIR) cancelled the ticket but the travel partner (GOIBIBO) is yet to refund me the amount. It is showing in my ID that the amount has been refunded to me on my wallet but it is not there. When i try to contact them on toll free number, they are not connecting to there customer care executive. When i try mailining them they are saying they will respond to my query in **-** hours, but it has been more than * months and no response yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
