I have ordered luminous inverter and combo @***** online on **/**/**** and they promised me to deliver within * to * working days after ** days of order I called on customer care number and they told me that this product is not available now and when I gave ordered I called * times before ordering product they told me sir we promise to deliver this product within * days and now product is not delivered to me within given time.So I canceled my order and asked them to refund me soon on ** July **** and I have mailed on their mail id around *** times or more but no reply from them.and today is **/*/** still amount is not refunded to my account.
I have called this number alot *********** but no one is receiving calls and other numbers:***********,*********** when I called this other number they told me that refund will be credited soon.but they are not taking any complaint nor they give me complaint id.this IS fraud company totally fraud don't buy any product of luminous online
.worst ever experience.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
