Drivezy - Refund not credited since a month after cancellation

Hello, I had booked a self drive car (Sedan- * seater) for ** days from Bangalore. One day before, Drivezy changed car to Hatchback (* seater). No intimation was given for this change. When I saw these details on website, I cancelled the booking ** hours prior.
I am seeing 'Refund is in process' notification since last month. Though they have mentioned *-* working days for processing refund, no update/email communication received till date. No customer support available.
