GO ibibo Online Air ticket - Refund not credited No customer support No update

I had booked an airline ticket via GoIbibo for a vistara flight. The flight got cancelled and .i want my refund back. The vistara team has sent a confirmation email stating that they have already informed the Go Ibibo team to process a full refund for the cancellation.
However, there is no support from GoIbibo team. No customer care, no email channel for a response and the stupid self serve portal is pathetic and of no use.
I am stranded for my hard earned money and dont know what to do. I want my complete refund as soon as possible. This is a crucial time for all and we need the money.
Goibibo app shows under processing without any further action, update or communication.
I have the confirmation email from Vistara as a proof.
It has been ** days and I got nothing in terms of customer support.
