Reliance jio - Refund not credited for an unsuccessful transaction
JISHNUJYOTI BHARDWAZ filed complaint against Reliance jio on Jan 3, 2021
While converting my jio prepaid number to jio postpaid number *** rupees was deducted and the transaction was unsuccessful , but the money was not refunded. The person who came to my home for the service told me that the refund will be credited after ** hours. But it's been ** days since then.
