Flipkart.com - Refund not credited even after 2 months

I ordered one phone on ** July ****. Cancelled it immediately within ** minutes as I wanted another color. Paid through credit card.
I am struggling for my refund even after * months.
I have done so many communication through emails and phone but Flipkart just excuse that there is system error and refund will be done within **-** hrs. But so many **-** hours gone and no solution. Whenever I request for discussion with some senior they put my call on hold for so long and no response. I gave my account details also to credit refund online but no solution.
I am fedup and give up now and it's completely mental harassment.
