Have booked the flight from Bengaluru to Jammu, some how it got cancelled with unforseen reason, as per Air India they have refunded the amount to Happy easy go on **th Sept and with in max * Days it get credited to source account however still the payment has not been credited to my account. Kindly help, raised the Grievance in The aAir seva portal but did not receive proper solution.
