I had returned * items to Savana on **th September..
The products have reached to them on **th September.Yesterday that is **th September they are telling me that from * articles we have received only * item.When I’m asking them to show me a proof of what have you received in the package they are denying it to show and not sending my refund back

My order was picked up but refund not received
I ordered a jeans from this app and that too was pre paid but haven't received my order,and on e-mailing them the aren't responding back nor they customer care number is reachable.It's infuriating
It has been a week since my order was supposed to get delivered, it's still not here. The customer support has been of no help. They are only making empty promises without actual doing anything about the situation.
