Google Adwords - Refund not credited

This Compliant is against Google Adwords Team , I have cancel my account but still the refunds is not credited into the account , they said its a problem we need to do this manually and for which they provided the refund form after raising multiple tickets , Now its been more then * months the refund is still pending
