Amit Shroff filed complaint against Google Adwords on Jul 12, 2022
We received a notification that all business account need to be verified. Hence on **st May **** we submitted all required information, but to our surprised after we logged into our account on *th July **** after making the payment of Rs ****, we found that account have been suspended since * July **** due to non-verification.
Hence, we again submitted the required information on *th July ****, spoke to Google Executive and was assured that our issue would be resolved by *th of July.
But its been close to * days and no resolution had been provided. The company have also refused to refund Rs **** paid to them.
On **th July **** they confirmed that I would receive a call by *pm but again no one called and the support team is not ready to share the escalation matrix with me.
They have also refused to give us any timeline to verify the account. They don't have any accountability and don't take any responsibility for the delay and frustration.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
