Colive pg - refund not credit

I have booked/ reserved room on **th July by paying amount of ***** rupees in Colive PG at VJ grand Wakad. Before that i have also paid **** rs on maybe **-**th july for room booking. And i got checked in date of *st August as it was friday and i was on my job so i couldn't went there on Friday for shifting and checking. But when i went on *rd August they told me that they don't have any physical room available. And telling me to come last of this month so i asked them how can you give my booked room or reserved room to someone else then they told me that whoever pays the first the total amount of rent and deposit we gave rooms to them . So i wrote a review on google about their policy and by reading that review i got message on LinkedIn by a boy which was also scammed like this his full payment was done and still he didn't get the room. So basically they now told me to wait for ** days for refund, I mailed them on *rd August on **th August the due date of refund will be completed. They don't receive any calls, nor replies the online sales manager also her manager also and the sales representative of here VJ grand Central colive pg also don't receive calls!
