Colive pg - Colive not able to cancel my booking

I was approached by a colive agent for a pg in moggapair area (nearer to my office) by a colive agent. He promised me that by paying **** rs I can book that pg. But after few hours some other pg was booked in the app which is **km away from the office.
Now I am trying to reach the agent but he is not responding. Agent name is Mr. Sailesh and number is ***** *****
