Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd - Refund not came even after 2 months

One product air purifier is been purchased through Qnet on dated **th June **** by Distributor ID *M******, order NO DN******** , Via receipt No RE******** of Amount Rs. *****
As this was order by Gokul Prasad my upline manager without my information ,so i denied to accept it so it was refunded by him to Qnet back .
I received mail from Qnet Case Reference Number CVN-********-**** ,they also promised that my payment will come in * days . Now it has been more then two months ,i have not received my payment .
Kindly support me getting my payment
