I have applied for refund from this Company called Qnet (operating as Vihaan Direct selling India Pvt Ltd ) the next day I made the purchase of the products , their refund policy states one needs to apply refund within ** days , I did it in one day , this incident happened on ** Nov **
I still didn't receive any refund, when I call the customer care they only have one answer to say , your refund is being processed, it is waiting with finance team , but they can't say when the refund will come , this had been the only answer for the past * months , I am scared and confused please help me
