Rust Orange - Refund not being paid.

I had placed an order for an item from Rustorange for which I had opted for COD. I received the product within a week. Due to size issues I had to apply for return and the same was promptly picked up the next day ( **th of June). It has been more than ** days now and the company has not issues my refund . Upon mailing they tell me that my bank is having technical issues processing my refund . This is totally baseless since I have never had issues with any other known established online sites before with regard to refunds. I am convinced I have been cheated of the complete amount. My attempts to reach them over Messenger/ emails etc are not fetching any response. Will I get my money back ??
Request all those who are reading this to stay away from Rustorange site and go for more established ones instead . Atleast you could be spared from the agony of feeling duped!
