Inderjit Singh filed complaint against Woodland on Nov 13, 2025
I placed an order with Woodland and returned the item on *th October **** due to a size issue. The return pickup was arranged on *th October through their courier partner, Delhivery. However, even after more than a month, I have not received my refund.
After multiple follow-ups with Woodland’s customer care, there was no response or resolution. Later, I was informed that the courier partner had lost the package. After escalating the issue several times and continuously following up for almost ** days, my package status was finally updated as “returned to seller” on **th October ****.
Despite this update, Woodland has neither initiated the refund nor provided any confirmation regarding when it will be processed. This entire experience has been very frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of accountability and communication from both Woodland and their courier partner.
