Woodland - Refund not received even after return delivered

I purchased Woodland Voyager Sandals from Woodland’s official online store.

Mode of Payment: Cash on Delivery


Due to quality issues, I returned the product. The returned item was successfully
delivered to Woodland on * December **** as per courier tracking.

Despite receiving the returned product and sharing my bank details, Woodland has
not processed my refund till date. The company has provided multiple timelines
(* working days, **–** days, ** hours), all of which have already expired.

I also waited over ** minutes to reach customer care with no response.
Due to this delay and non-responsiveness, I raised a complaint with the
National Consumer Helpline (Ref: *******).

I request immediate refund of my amount.
