My trip is scheduled for Kazakhstan and IndiGo has not been flying for quite some time now on this route and all flights are cancelled in this route till **th Mar **. I have been requesting the airline to fully refund my money so that I can plan international trip to some other location. Post Mar **th I will have very little time to travel as my travel date is already fixed as **th Apr and this delay will increase my travel cost to any destination by a huge margin. Additionally I am unable to make hotel bookings to any place as there is no confirmation if flights at all will fly to Kazakhstan post **th Mar, which is causing immense trouble for me to decide on any other location. A huge amount of more than Rs ***** is stuck and this is causing extreme discomfort and harassment. I am a retired person and money used here is my savings, which the airline is not refunding fully and just delaying the time although there is no update as to flights will at all fly in this route due to the ongoing political scenario.
