My name is sanjukta, I had bought earings from Jabang on**th december ****.amount:****.**.register mob:**********.order no:*********************.I had puchased two earrings.But I had receive wrong earrings.So I put a return request to both earrings and returned it.When I put a return for the product i have mention i got a wrong used earrings receive.But when I called you here for refund then jabong told me If you had got a wrong product then you are not already compliant, so you will not get your refund. How do I know that I have to raise complain by calling you here wghen wrong product deliver.Initiate my refund and I want my refund back.jabong is not refunding me back.please refund my money.because i got wrong product and i have already return it so please refunfd my money.i have a full video when i unpack the box.
