Hi Team,
I am Nishant Malik, I have booked reliance dish TV on **th of November ****. At the time of booking customer care executive said that installation will be done in next *-* working days ,after ** days we call to customer care they said again it will take ** days.....
Still we waited for the installation call but they didn't reply....two days back again we spoke to customer care executive named vishal...he promised that in next ** hours you will get your installation call...but I putted a mail against my money refundation....
I am literally fed up and I want my prebooking amount back....I can't wait now......
