Bajaj Finance Limited - refund my amount from bajaj finance

Sir/madam
i am md. naseer mohiddin working in pvt contractor civil work as a site in charge I have take led tv from bajaj finance loan every months I am pay by amount by my account and so time I am paying directly by bajaj finance employees with fine of rs***/- but there cutting ecs charge
rs***/-*times a month wand I find my problem on june months there has cut **times with rs***/- and I went bajaj finance ask them in my account rs***/-has been cut **times what problem then one employee tell it's not we are cutting it from sbi bank after week bank my total stament to bank manager and ask sir in my account deduction amount sir and he till give**days I will check and tell you after he call me and ask me this deduction from bajaj finance every you paying amount ya sir I am paying throw from my salary sir if it not paying i am throw by case with fine sir and he tell me this ecs from bajaj finance if you not pay emi that time it will cut you paying you go and ask bajaj finance and i went to bajaj finance office in my account deduction from you only refund my account one person tell we don't know I tell consider with consumer count ok no problem
So pls help me sir pls refund my amount from bajaj finance sir pls help me sir
