Vibham Bharatsingh Vyas filed complaint against Bajaj Finance Limited on May 23, 2026
On May **, ****, an authorized representative of Bajaj Finance Limited fraudulently induced me to foreclose my existing loan account (ID: ************).
I was explicitly promised that if I cleared this foreclosure, a new, pre-approved loan facility of ₹*,**,*** would be immediately disbursed to my account. Operating on this trust, I paid ₹**,*** via the Easebuzz payment gateway, which constituted **% of my monthly salary and completely wiped out my survival funds.
Immediately following the payment, the new ₹*,**,*** loan application was unilaterally removed from my Bajaj Finserv mobile application interface. The company wiped the digital trail of the promised loan and maintained absolute silence regarding the disbursal.
This predatory mis-selling and false inducement has caused a severe, artificial liquidity crisis, forcing me to borrow funds from third parties just to meet basic rent obligations. Furthermore, this unauthorized structural change has severely impacted my credit score.
I have already initiated formal proceedings:
Formal Court Case filed via e-Jagriti.
Grievance registered with National Consumer Helpline.
Relief Demanded:
I demand the immediate disbursal of the originally promised ₹*,**,*** loan facility without any further undisclosed conditions. Alternatively, Bajaj Finance must process an immediate, full refund of the ₹**,*** induced foreclosure amount, along with ₹*,**,*** as compensation for the severe mental agony, liquidity crisis, and credit sabotage caused by their representative's deceptive practices.
