Aptronix - refund money not received

THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE MONEY THAT HASN'T BEEN RETURNED BY APTRONIX.
I HAD BOOKED AN IPHONE ** PRO IN EXCHANGE OF MY IPHONE XS MAX FROM SERVIFY BY CHOOSING THE UPGRADING OPTION.
I MADE AN ADVANCE PAYMENT OF RS.****/- TO APTRONIX PALLADIUM ON **TH OF SEPTEMBER ****. I HAD CLEARLY MENTIONED IT TO THEM THAT IF I AM NOT GETTING A GOOD OFFER, YOU HAVE TO RETURN MY MONEY AND THEY AGREED.
ON **TH SEPTEMBER **** I HAD GONE TO THE APTRONIX STORE AND I DID NOT FIND THE DEAL QUITE APPEALING, SO I TOLD THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN MY AMOUNT.
THEY STILL HAVEN'T RETURNED THE MONEY AND HAD ASSURED THAT THEY WILL CALL ME REGARDING THE REFUND, BUT TO MY SURPRISE, THEY HAVEN'T CALLED ME YET AND AREN'T EVEN RECEIVING MY CALLS
