Hello,
I raised the request on **-Oct-**** evening, No one contacted me on **-Oct and I got called on **-Oct @*:** pm
Neither I received any message on mobile no, nor an email on email id, nor a call for the entire next day. Your customer care no. is not connecting I already mentioned in my last email.
Your representative mentioned the system was not available the entire day on **-Oct. I was mentioned also by him that I will get a refund as there is a delay just sent an email to gst@inditab.com & support@inditab.com. (I have call recording)
You just can't enforce the term of non-refund irrespective of the quality of service, where there is no communication on receiving the amount and no call back for more than ** hours and unstable customer support.
Here again, I claim for a refund, let me know if you'll still not support I will explore other options to get my money back. I can reach out at **********
