It has been more than * weeks I did not get refund of the payments I made on inditab website for recharge. The transactions have failed. While they mentioned they have refunded the amount. There is no refund to my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
