I had paid ***** rupees down payment and by emi for * months) for aligners in toothsi.Due to some reasons I want to cancel the process but they are not responding at all.My contacting person ovaise is not receiving my call from last ** days and before payment he used to call me * times a day.My relationship manager Arva javedis not contacting with me from last ** days,every time I call the customer care they say we will tell her to call you in * minutes but she don’t call me back.I don’t understand what to do now..
