Www.myntra.com - Refund mode issue

I was selected Myntra account instead of back account while placing a request.
I had contacted Myntra customer care person has told me to we don’t have any option to change the refund mode when I asked them to change, and suggested me to ignore the return once pick up boy comes to you.
By this the order gets cancelled so you could return your product by choosing your bank account.
It s already passed the maximum number days where Myntra is been asking me to wait.
Now if call to Myntra there is a problem in logistics end you need to wait some time when I call them.
It is very clear that pick has been canceled and that details need to be uploaded on my Myntra account so that I could return my product.
While I’m questioning them the problem is with your side because you weren’t updated details where I could return my product, they are disconnecting my call in between by placing on hold.
Please help me I fed up with the service I want to raise complaint on Myntra customer care service.
