www.myntra.com - Myntra sent me a damaged product

Myntra sent me a damaged watch and declined a request for changing the product. Myntra guys didn't check anything and said it's quality check product. I don't know how can these guys sent me a watch which had seal open and even watch was not working. I raise the concern and they declined the request. We guys do mistake by trusting these E-commerce sites for products and reliability. I don't know where should I raise compliant on this. I am fed up by asking again and again.
