I have paid * month rent + *K Reservation amount to colive. After my checkin then increased rent in * month and very rudely mentioning company have all rights reserved. When I move out, after ** days they raised settlement mail. Where they do not included booking reserves amount in deposit. Deduction are something can't digest. When I am reaching them no one responding. They are just white collor thefts.
