I received an eviction notice * days prior to the incident. It was due to the non-payment of a non-clarified pending due (not monthly rent).
After two days, they call and ask me to return the key to my room and asked me to vacate the property. The audacity to do so is terrifying.
They don't work the entire year and when they want to close thier yearly accounts, they throw this ultimatum and expect you to leave the property otherwise. It does not matter if you are in a state of crisis, you will be homeless if you don't pay an amount within * days of time. Which book is this legally allowed in? Do they think they are from mafia?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
