DIPANJAN SUR filed complaint against Extra marks on Nov 6, 2019
Extra Marks Mentor Mr. Soumik Saw personally visited my home on dated **/**/**** and convinced us to purchase their * year ICSC class-V level education package through electronic gadget(Order ID:-*f**e*-*******)course fees worth of Rs.*****/-which they have initiated with their JV partner finance Company CAPITAL FLOAT(Loan No: *******) as EMI basis Rs.****/-payable in next ** months through ECS and Cash withdraw Rs.**** from me. After three days they sent me a faulty pen drive which is not playing/working in my smart TV so I complained to them and returned their pen drive on **/**/**** through DTDC courier service. After that, I have severally informed both companies (Extra Marks & Capital Float) through email and mobile calls to refund my Cash & ECS but Capital Float has not yet refunded the ECS deduction money of Rs.****/-. Only Extra Marks refunded me Rs.***/-instead of Rs.****/- on **th August ****
