Extra marks - Cancellation not accepting

We have subscribed for extra marks course, in connection with that they got a loan from Capital float on my behalf for *****/- and sent a tab. I wanted to cancel the subscription and made so many efforts through mails, they are rejecting the same with a plea that my request has not been received within ** days of time. So far they have not given any service, the tab which they provided has been returned by me, in this connection an amount of Rs. ***** approx, deducted from my bank account, I want my refund and also to remove the loan default status from CIBIL.
