Flipkart - refund issue

dear sir,
I purchased addidas neo vs pease basketball shoe on *rd September **** from flipkart and my payment was through sbi net Banking. I received my product on *th September. because of the cheap quality I initiated return on *th September with return id ******************** and pickup was on the same day. as per return policy of flipkart, they have to refund money with in * business days but i didn't get my refund. regarding this issue I lodged a complaint on flipkart customer service, they told me that my problem would be solve on or before **th September but I didn't get my cash back. After this I again raised a complaint in that time executive told me that they transferred refund on **th September and it will reflect in my account on or before **th September. but till now I haven't received my cash back. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
