I order one product (Janasya Women's Turquoise Kurta With Pant And Dupatta) order number ***-*******-******* on **th march ****. I had fitting issues with product so I decided to return the product because I didn't have time for replacement, because of corona issue we had to leave campus by **th march. So I returned my product on ** morning around *AM but delivery agent didn't updated it online in next few day. So I talked to customer care at amazon, they said your product is arrived at seller / warehouse. You will get refund in next few days. I talked too them *-* times but refund status, they always told me to wait. Now it's been more than * months and still didn't get my refund. They blocked my account because I was trying to contact them. They have wasted so much of time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
