2gud.com subsidiary of Flipkart Internet Company Limited - Refund Issue

I Had an issue with refund. I ordered a mobile from * gud.com ( Flipkart pattner) on ** th August **** ( Order ID- OD******************). And cancelled on **th August ****. BUT REFUND IS NOT STILL CREDITED( refund id- *********). They are giving fraudulent messages and informatiion, like *- * banking days they will refund like that. and itz too much late for me now because itz almost a month now they are not done the refund still. And am fedup with there technical reasons. i informed flipkart also but no supporting kind of reply from them. Kindly Help Me to get my Money .
