Paytm Mall - Refund Issue

Hi,
I have ordered two iPhones (*s & *) and immediately after the payment is done both the orders got cancelled. When I called the customer care to find out about cancellation, they gave a reason that there is no stock. If there is not stock then why did they show it in the portal. Actually I lost my phone so I ordered in paytm because of fast delivery but they cheated and now I dont have any phone with me. This is ridiculous. Also I didn't get my refund for both the phones until now. Even I don;t have money to buy a new phone in any other website as well. Paytm has really cheated and lost the trust from a customer
