I am writing this complaint regarding the refund of my RedTape shoes. The shoes were delivered to me on **th, and I returned them to the delivery agent on *nd. I was not satisfied with the product quality, especially the fabric used on the shoe tongue, which I did not like at all. However, even after returning the product, there has been no update regarding the return status. Neither the refund has been processed nor is your customer support responding — no one is picking up the calls. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to look into this matter urgently and process my refund as soon as possible ORDER NO RTL******
