I ordered from Redtape official website and received the order on saturday November *th ****. But i have not received correct size and shoes is not with proper finishing. Tried to return but their website is not working for return, tried calling multiple times but no one is picking up the call, also tried reaching through mail multiple time got no response. i seek refund or replacement
